Alicia graduated from UT Arlington School of Architecture, and is a registered architect and interior designer. Her design experience encompasses residential, retail, restaurant, corporate, institutional,
and recreational projects. Quintans’ professional career has evolved into a fusion of architecture and interior design.
After ten years of architectural experience, she joined Robyn Menter Design Associates, Inc. in September of 2000, where her role includes design and implementation of architectural projects from the planning stage through construction.
Quintans is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Dallas Chapter, and has held various leadership positions. She was awarded Young Architect of the Year by the Dallas AIA in 2003.

Robyn received her formal education and training in Johannesburg, South Africa, specializing in Africana and historic Dutch influenced architecture. While traditional in style, her mentors were minimalists and she was exposed to Corbusier and the modernists. Working in South Africa Menter learned to combine styles successfully whilst maintaining a basic passion for minimalism.
After immigrating to the United States in 1981 Menter established a textile export business and subsequently worked for a firm specializing in restaurant design. In 1994 she established her own design company creating interiors for individual and corporate clients across the United States. Menter’s expertise extends to design for new construction, remodel,restaurants, corporate,
furniture design as well as art consulting.
“I incorporate the combination of my life experiences into my design, and I believe this sets me apart and allows for my interiors to be modern and clean whilst still welcoming and inviting”.
Robyn's projects have been featured in several publications including DHome "Dallas' Best Designers" and the book "Beautiful Homes of Texas".
